Presenters Kari Fantasia, the Deputy Director of External Affairs at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, Laura Duff, Communications Director for the Smithsonian’s Ruby Slippers Project, and Kimberly Kenney, Assistant Director and Curator at the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum will speak about their experiences using crowdfunding during their recent Ruby Slippers and Ida McKinley Tiara campaigns.
Learn how these organizations decided on crowdfunding, the internal processes of the campaigns, how the project was marketed to the public, outcome, lessons learned, and more.
Webinar will also include time for participant questions for the presenters.
