The pandemic has changed many things about our world. Top of the list is how it has changed travel behavior. Join Melinda Huntley, Executive Director of the Ohio Travel Association, and Jamison Pack, Chief Marketing Officer with Ohio History Connection for this informative webinar to help your organization reconnect with travelers in our new landscape.

Based on current data, Melinda and Jamison will explore who is traveling and why, as well as what is important to these travelers. We’ll take a look at the travel forecast and talk about the ability of Ohio’s travel economy to recover sooner than most. Then we’ll offer recommendations for messaging, images, and channels for you to consider when reaching out to both current and new audiences.

About our speakers  

Melinda Huntley is executive director of the Ohio Travel Association, but has decades of experience working within attractions, visitors bureaus, and regional nonprofits. Her passion is helping others understand the power of the travel economy, and how a community’s cultural assets and stories are such an important piece of the economy.   

Jamison Pack is the Chief Marketing Officer with Ohio History Connection. She led the launch of the organization’s new name and brand, developed teams and implemented integrated marketing that have increase awareness and interest in the History Connection’s 50+ historic sites and museums. Her family knows her best as the perpetual champion of daytrips, that usually result in making new discoveries and life-long memories.
